Refund Policy

 

Thank you for buying with us at 7Pandas! We want you to love what you buy from us, but we get it - sometimes it's just doesn't work out.

Whether you didn't like it, or it didn't work as expected, we'll try to make it right. If you'd like to make an exchange or return, here's what you need to know:



General Terms & Conditions for All Returns

1. You must return the product within 30 calendar days of purchase to be eligible for a refund. The product must be in the same condition as when it was delivered to you and must not be affected in any way.

IMPORTANT: Please contact us prior to returning an item.

2. Our warehouse team will inspect your item and process your refund once we receive it. The funds will be refunded to the initial payment form used during the transaction. It may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to appear on your credit card statement if you paid by credit card.

3. You must print the courier Return Label as well as the official Return Note for item returning purposes. Kindly contact us at customercare@7pandas.com.au for the Return Note and Return Label.  Include the reason for the refund or replacement, the date of purchase, your Order Number, and your name. You will be provided with an Australian Post return label to use, and all you have to do now is drop your item off at the post office.

4. You would not be eligible for a refund if the product is damaged in some way or if you return it after 30 calendar days have passed.

5. The returned item must be in its original state, including all packaging materials. Additional charges can apply to damaged or used goods. Unless there was a shipping mistake, all exchanges, refunds, and cancellations are subject to a 10% or A$12.00 admin & restocking fee, whichever is higher.
