Refund Policy

 

Thank you for buying with us at 7Pandas! We want you to love what you buy from us, but we get it - sometimes it's just doesn't work out.

Whether you didn't like it, or it didn't work as expected, we'll try to make it right. If you'd like to make an exchange or return, here's what you need to know:



General Terms & Conditions for All Returns

1. You must return the product within 30 calendar days of purchase to be eligible for a refund. The product must be in the same condition as when it was delivered to you and must not be affected in any way.

IMPORTANT: Please contact us prior to returning an item.

2. Please email us at least one clear image of your item and its damaged packaging (including the box you received it in) before fully opening it to customercare@7pandas.com.au if it was damaged in transit, incomplete, or you received the incorrect item. Include your order ID number as well.

For further action, our customer service department will contact you. Please keep the item unused and in its original packaging until we get back to you with the Australia Post Return Label. Our return policy will be void after the item has been used, and your order will no longer be eligible for a refund.

Our warehouse team will inspect your item and process your refund once we receive it. The funds will be refunded to the initial payment form used during the transaction. It may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to appear on your credit card statement if you paid by credit card.

3. Ensure that we are notified first of any returns to file proper documents and assign your return parcel to the appropriate processing department; otherwise, it may be lost during the return process.

Please send your email to customercare@7pandas.com.au stating your return request and the return reasons. Once we approve your return request, you may proceed to arrange for the return. You will receive a Return Label and an official Return Form from us.

Kindly fill in the Return Form and place it inside your return parcel. Attach the Return Label, and now it is ready to be dropped at the post office.

4. You would not be eligible for a refund if the product is damaged in some way or if you return it after 30 calendar days have passed.

5. The returned item must be in its original state, including all packaging materials. Additional charges can apply to damaged or used goods. Unless there was a shipping mistake, all exchanges, refunds, and cancellations are subject to a 10% or A$12.00 admin & restocking fee, whichever is higher.

6. Customers are responsible for the postage of returning goods with registered mail unless we have made an error on your order. Customers are responsible for returning the items to us in their re-sellable condition as per how you received them.

If you change your mind about the products you have purchased from us online, please get in touch with us at customercare@7pandas.com.au, and we will write back with the return address. You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning the item. We will refund the purchase price once we have your return in our warehouse.
